Adult Acne in Women

What is the one thing that none of us miss from being a teenager? Acne! Yet, for women adult acne is very common. In fact, did you know that if your skin is too dry it can still cause acne? Having a good moisturizer that will not clog your pores is also a great idea. Choose something gentle and hydrating for the skin. Take time to treat yourself well. We all live busy lives taking care of your family and working hard at your career. Acne is just one more stress you don't need.
